I'm the author of FLAMING IGUANAS; THEY CALL ME MAD DOG; HOOCHIE MAMA: THE OTHER WHITE MEAT; and LAP DANCING FOR MOMMY: Tender Stories of Disgust, Blame, and Inspiration.

But it wasn't until I toured my solo show, "Nothing Left but the Smell: A Republican on Welfare"--later re-titled "The Welfare Queen"-- that I snapped and became megalomaniacal enough to start Monster Girl Movies so I could officially use the Royal "WE," and say things like, "I'm sorry. It's against OUR policy to defer to you." Then we spent the past five years learning everything we could about film, acting, screenplays, and megalomania while adapting FLAMING IGUANAS into a script later titled, "All Witnesses Eventually Die." It's about GANG. See the paste up lines up close so you know how epic ventures are often mundane and tedious in detail. Know this as sure as you were about getting to the 6th grade one day and dying. Stick around as audacity makes its home here in this CLOG. And note how all different kinds of clogs--wooden shoes, wads of hair, these cartoon logs, and protests in the street--at their core, ALL have audacity in common.

....listen, i hope you enjoy this page. i don't always keep it up. i work a whole lot. and this DIY thing about keeping in touch via social media is dangerous because once you tell a story at a dinner party, it might not need to be told anymore.

it's that "keeping your powder dry" thing. we'll see how i do.

in the meantime, i hope that you enjoy my work and are inspired to cover your corner with a feral energy that makes sticking out this Life thing worth your time.

if you wanna get involved or have a good idea, don't be shy. i'm embarrassing myself all the live-long-day and i love to be around other wild souls. we need each other more and more.
